Sustainable Tools for Companies and Organizations:

ISO, Inc. incorporates a wide menu of sustainability tools to meet every possible application.  While some tools may lead to a direct increase in a company’s environmental performance, such as the installation of environmental production technologies, tools can also work in synergies that enhance the overall environmental improvement beyond the company’s own boundary. A simple example could be the use of eco-labeling and life-cycle assessment in conjunction with eco-design of new products. Some tools may also be of higher relevance in particular industries. Some companies, for instance, may derive higher value from designing products with re-manufacturing in mind compared to companies that operate in other product areas.
